Python RTSP URL Fix & Debug

I have a Python project which includes an RTSP stream. The project was working fine, but now I'm encountering issues with the RTSP stream. When trying to play the stream, it's not working as expected.

Key tasks:
- Fix the RTSP URL format in the code
- Debug the code to ensure the stream plays correctly

I am not sure about the specific libraries or frameworks used in the initial implementation for the RTSP stream. If you have experience with RTSP streams in Python or general video streaming, your expertise would be greatly appreciated.
