Python and RESTFUL API expert

Hi there! I am looking for a very experience python developer who can help me create a full functional but easy system.
That can:
1. Accept input as a CSV or pull data from Apollo(https://www.apollo.io/) and Seamless (https://seamless.ai/) APIs
2. Check for duplicates and Merge/Drop
3. During the import run the emails through Zerobounce (https://www.zerobounce.net/) and tag the leads according to the scores.
4. Enrich leads using Proxycurl (https://nubela.co/proxycurl/) to fetch data from LinkedIn.
5. Parse the data to Close CRM (https://www.close.com/)
There is a more detailed document on the above process but it is very important that you have prior experience with Queue management for scheduled jobs as well as CRON job experience.
Email Queue management will also be needed on this project.
