Python Quantstats Library Enhancement

I'm looking to have the Python quantstats library upgraded to utilize a CSV file for benchmark data, specifically index prices. The data in the CSV will be updated on a daily basis and will include two specific columns: Date and Index value.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Python with experience in working with the quantstats library.
- Ability to upgrade the library to read from a CSV file.
- Familiarity with handling daily updated index prices.
- Understanding of the structure and requirements of the specified CSV columns.
