I am looking for a programmer to build a python CLI program that analysis a CVS file and makes an algorithm that predicts the future numbers of certain crimes in a certain postcode.
Objectives :
Using pandas and NumPy libraries
Using the k-means clustering method
Make a report/Documentation for this project
simple data CSV will be given once you begin
