Python Project to parse JSON and store data in MYSQL

I am looking for a Python developer who can help me with a project to parse JSON data and store it in a MYSQL database. The project requirements are as follows:

Size of the JSON data: Small (less than 1MB)
- The developer should be able to handle small-sized JSON data efficiently.

Specific structure for storing data in MYSQL: Yes, I have a specific structure in mind
- I have a predefined structure in mind for storing the parsed data in the MYSQL database.
- The developer should be able to implement this structure accurately.

Frequency of data parsing: Regular intervals
- The JSON data will be parsed at regular intervals.
- The developer should be able to create a script or program that can handle this periodic data parsing.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience with parsing JSON data
- Strong knowledge of MYSQL database and its operations
- Familiarity with designing and implementing database structures
- Ability to work with regular intervals for data parsing

Following Expected tools and programing structure to be used:
1) PYCharm as IDE
2) MYSQL as DB
3) Need to use Object Oriented Programming
4) Need to Use ORM Framework example The Django ORM or SQLAlchemy
5) Need to read JSON file from Local Memory or Location , Parse the information and SAVE the info in DB with given Structure. DDL and info will be provided.
6) need to provide source code and setup instructions.
7) Project will be considered as complete once its setup and run in local environment successfully.
