Python Program to read WhatsApp/Telegram/Text Message for a Stock market recommendation and Call Zerodha/Upstox/HDFC Security API to place the trade

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an automated Python Program to read messages from WhatsApp and Telegram. Once the program has read a message, it will call the Zerodha API or Upstox API to place the trade. The program should continuously check messages from a specific number of WhatsApp or from a given Telegram Channel. Whenever it receive any message of given format, then only it should interpret and place a trade. The completed Python program should be reliable, efficient and able to perform in a timely manner, to ensure that trades are executed correctly. The freelancer should have extensive knowledge and experience in developing similar applications as well as experience in using the Zerodha API / Upstox API. The successful freelancer will need to test and refine the completed Python program before delivery to ensure that it meets all guidelines and performs optimally.

Instead of Python, I am open for any other language/tool/platform suggestion.
