Python, JS Program for adding subscribers - views for my YouTube channel

I am looking for a developer who can create a Python and JavaScript program for adding subscribers and views to my YouTube channel.

Specific features and functionality that I would like the program to have include:

- The program should add new subscribers using API of other platforms that have database with subscribers.
- Send messages on different emails with my YouTube channel
- Post messages to different youtube videos using a specified Topic
- Subscriber counter: The program should be able to track and display the number of subscribers to my YouTube channel.
- View counter: The program should also be able to track and display the number of views on my videos.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Proficiency in both Python and JavaScript programming languages.
- Experience in developing programs that interact with the YouTube API.
- Knowledge of web scraping and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
