Python Program for Hikvision Event Monitoring

I need a Python program that monitors my Hikvision cameras, NVR, and DVR for various events such as motion, line crossing, and intrusion detection. When an event occurs, the camera should push an image of the event to a pre-defined FTP server with specific usernames and passwords.
