Python Pro and API Development assistance

I need a EXPERT in Python and someone that can help me with API Development as well. I will be involved in all development and would be requested tasks within different projects.
Extensive skills with Python (Selenium and other libraries, except beautifulsoup) as well as API knowledge is required. JavaScript and PHP knowledge is a big PLUS.
Need someone long term that can work quickly.
