Python (Prefered) NLP expert required to handle .docx files (JAVA/PHP/ or Any Language)

I have an A.docx file that's header contains a logo and a Title.
I have another B.docx file that's header also contains a logo and a Title.

I want to write code that:
- Remove all contents (title logo etc) inside the header of B.docx (remain body part as it is don't remove)
- Copy the complete header of A.docx and paste it inside the header of B.docx
