Python Portaria Control Program with GUI

I'm looking for a Python developer to create a comprehensive portaria (gatekeeping) control program for my TCC (undergraduate thesis). The program needs to have a GUI (Graphical User Interface) and be compatible with Windows OS.

Core functionalities of the program should include:
- Visitor logging: Keeping track of all visitors entering and exiting the premises.
- Employee access control: Monitoring and controlling the access of employees.
- Auto-report generation: Automatically generating reports based on the logged data.
- Registro de carga e descarga: Registering the loading and unloading processes.
- Reconhecimento facial para os funcionários na entrada e saida: Implementing facial recognition for employees at the entrance and exit.

Ideal skills for this job include:
- Proficiency in Python, particularly in developing GUI applications.
- Experience in creating security or access control software.
- Familiarity with implementing facial recognition technology in software is a plus.
- Competence in ensuring software compatibility with Windows OS.
