Python Parser: XML to .xls

We're working with a few large XML files (1GB each) that need to be translated to into a user-friendly format. Please create us a process that parses out the variables and data elements, and update them into the csv or .xls format. There are duplicate nodes that you'll have to solve for.

Please test the file is getting parsed and data is getting uploaded correctly. We'll help to confirm.
