Python Paper Trading Tool Development

I'm in need of a knowledgeable Python developer to assist me in the completion of a paper trading project. Currently, 60% of the related code is written.
Key functionalities required in the project are:
- Order execution: The feature to conduct simulated trades within the script is crucial.
- Portfolio Management: It's important for the script to be able to observe and manage a hypothetical portfolio comprehensively.
- Market Data Analysis: The ability of the script to evaluate and analyze market data for making informed trading decisions is required.
We will be focusing on leveraging angle broking for order execution, hence experience with the same will be beneficial.
The project will heavily rely on the use of several libraries and frameworks for portfolio management and market data analysis - specifically Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy. Therefore, proficiency with these is necessary.
Having experience in financial trading, understanding of financial markets and terminologies would be ideal. Python development skills with past experience in building similar projects will be highly regarded.
