Python PDF Text Scraping

I'm in need of a Python programmer skilled in web scraping to help me extract text content from mostly text-based PDF files.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Python and specifically Python libraries for web scraping.
- Should deliver the extracted text content in an Excel file.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in PDF scraping, especially text-based.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Excel file formatting.
This will involve working with mostly text-based PDFs and programming a Python script to scrape the text content, and subsequently placing that data into an Excel file. Experience with similar projects will be highly advantageous. The ability to meet deadlines is a must.
