Python PDF Generation Enhancement

Looking for an experienced Python programmer who can improve my current use of the ReportLab library or use a library that ill get the job done. Text and images in my PDF output are coming out pixelated, and I need a solution to this issue. A successful freelancer should be able to provide a fix that makes the PDF output clear and sharp.
