Python PDF Conversion from Various Files

I'm looking for a Python expert who can help me convert multiple images, plain text files and Word documents into PDF files. Each source file should be converted into its own separate PDF.
Ideal Skills/Experience:
- Proficient in Python with experience in file handling and PDF generation.
- Familiarity with libraries such as PyPDF2, pdfkit or similar.
- Experience with image processing and text formatting in Python.
