Python to Oracle DB and Javascript UI

I'm seeking a developer proficient in Python and Javascript to facilitate data handling and user interface (UI) development for my project.

Key Tasks:
- Python: Read an Excel sheet and load mixed data types (text and numerical) into an Oracle database table.
- Javascript: Connect to the Oracle DB, read data from the table, and reflect it in a UI built with HTML.

UI Requirements:
- Incorporate data visualization features into the UI.

Ideal Skills:
