Python + OpenCV expert needed

I have an Nvidia board running this project: github.com/MACNICA-CLAVIS-NV/trt_pose_demo which is based on this one: github.com/NVIDIA-AI-IOT/trt_pose
I want you to modify that project to:
1- Include a parameter (command line) to rotate the incoming streaming (camera or video) 90º.
2- Draw a polygon on the screen and, when the hand keypoints (given by the neural network) surpass that polygon, a message on the screen should appear.

That polygon, as you can see, is taken the left side of a truck.
