Python OCR Developer for Insurance Forms Processing Service (AWS)

Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced Python OCR developer to create a serverless application for processing ACORD 25 insurance forms using OCR technology. The application should be built using AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Amazon Textract. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of OCR, experience with Amazon Web Services, and proficiency in Python.
Project Scope:
Design and develop a serverless application using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Amazon Textract to process ACORD 25 forms (images and PDFs) and extract relevant information using OCR.
Create a RESTful API with a POST endpoint that accepts ACORD 25 forms and returns extracted information as a JSON payload.
Implement a custom domain for the API using Amazon Route 53 and configure the custom domain in API Gateway.
Implement authentication and access control for the API using AWS Cognito or another authentication provider.
Write clear and concise API documentation, including API specifications, request/response formats, and sample code in Python to enable users to programmatically consume the API.
(Optional) Develop a Python client library (SDK) for easier integration of the API into users' applications.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of OCR technology and its applications.
Experience with Amazon Web Services, particularly Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Amazon Textract.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with RESTful API design and development.
Knowledge of API authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Deliverables:
A fully functional serverless application built using AWS services that allows authenticated users with API keys to call the OCR service from any Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc., application.
API documentation, including API specifications, request/response formats, code samples in various programming languages (Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc.), and integration guides to help users consume the API in their applications.
Custom domain setup and integration with API Gateway.
API authentication and access control implementation using AWS Cognito or another authentication provider.
(Optional) Python client library (SDK) for the API.
