As the title indicates, I want you to pass me a project written in Python or NodeJS to scrape a website. It should be consulted every hour except from 12 midnight to 8 AM. And if a specific condition is met, send me an email. Use docker (I will upload it to heroku) and that it can work there freely without the need for a server or having a computer turned on.
