Python - RNN, LSTM, GRU

I'm looking for an expert in Python with experience in RNN, LSTM, and GRU to work on a Natural Language Processing project. The project involves:
- Building and training RNN, LSTM, and GRU models
- Implementing sentiment analysis
- Potentially incorporating language translation
- Potentially incorporating predictive text generation
