Python - NLP (Text summarisation)

I am looking for a Python developer with experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to assist with a text summarization project. The project involves summarizing a large volume of text, consisting of more than 10 pages.
Desired Length of Summarized Text:
- The summarized text should be long, consisting of 5-6 sentences.
Summarization Algorithm:
- I am open to suggestions regarding the choice of summarization algorithm. If you have a specific algorithm in mind, please feel free to recommend it.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK or SpaCy.
- Familiarity with different summarization algorithms and techniques.
- Strong understanding of text processing and feature extraction.
- Ability to handle large volumes of text efficiently.
- Experience in evaluating and fine-tuning summarization models.
