Python MoviePy Video Generator [Slideshow]

I need someone to create a python video generation script (using MoviePy or similar) that takes a number of images and turn them into a slideshow. Background music will be present, transition effect between images and caption will follow each image (one or two sentences, probably by using SubtitlesClip).
