Python Mediapipe for Facial & Hand Gesture Recognition

I'm seeking an experienced Python developer who is adept at using Mediapipe for facial recognition tasks. The main goal of this project is to create a facial and hand gesture recognition feature.
Key Tasks:
- a button to teach gestures and record them with name (multiple gestures, annotating hand and face landmarks with annotation in a live webcam)
- make them as a model and create mediapipe task file
- test it in live webcam and show what is the name of the gesture matching
