Python Mailer Enhancement for SendGrid

I'm seeking a Python programmer with experience in enhancing email functionalities. I currently use SendGrid to send my emails and I need someone who can add a function to my mailer that converts an HTML letter into a clickable image.
Key Requirements:
- Modify my current Python mailer to automatically generate a unique image for each email sent.
- The image should be a clickable version of the HTML letter, embedded in the email body.
I also need an implementation of click tracking for these emails. The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with SendGrid.
- Understanding of email client compatibility, particularly with Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo Mail.
- Experience in implementing click tracking features in emails.
