Python Machine Vision Code Modification -- 2

Requiring a code addition / change to our Edge Impulse machine vision python program. It utilises OpenCV to analyse video and classify the images. I need a crop coded into the program so that the program is only analysing a certain part of the video, instead of the entire picture. I also require a change to the code so it waits for an input signal from the Raspberry Pi before analysing a frame.
