Python Machine Learning Expert with CNN Knowledge

I am looking for a Python developer with expert knowledge and experience in machine learning who can cooperate with me for machine learning projects for a long term.
For the first task, you will implement a very simple CNN on top of your own convolutional and pooling layers and write a simple report on the work. It must not take much time for an expert with some knowledge about CNN. All the details will be provided to proper candidates.
