Python and Machine Learning Expert for NLP

I'm seeking a Python and machine learning expert to assist with a live company project centered on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Your tasks will encompass:
- Data analysis and preprocessing: You'll be sifting through extensive datasets, identifying patterns and preparing data for model training.
- Model training and evaluation: You'll be designing, training and fine-tuning machine learning models to achieve optimal performance.
- Deployment and monitoring: Post-training, you'll oversee the deployment of these models and monitor their effectiveness in real-time.
Ideal candidates should have:
- A deep understanding and hands-on experience with Python and machine learning.
- Specific expertise in NLP project work.
- Excellent skills in data analysis and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with model deployment and monitoring processes.
