Python-MIP to Pyomo Conversion

I need to have a Pyomo Mixed Integer Linear Programming Model coded to find the solution to an optimization problem. I have already previously coded such a model using the Python-MIP package, but found that I needed a NEOS Solver which only Pyomo offers. The mathematical formulations, including variables, constraints, objective function etc. is therefore already done, its just the specific Pyomo syntax that needs to be quickly modified.
