I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with a data analysis project. The specific task involves conducting data analysis using Python and Jupyter.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Jupyter notebooks
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and manipulation
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and visualization libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
The Task and Assignment:
Take a 1 km square grid population dataset from Eurostat and identify 5 grid cells in Slovakia that have the highest relative increase in population between the years 2006 and 2021.
Instructions:
1. The code should create 2 .csv files and have the necessary details as per the following:
a. Top 5 cells
b. Average and Median population per 1 square km grid in Slovakia in 2021.
2. Write the code preferably in Python and/or Jupyter Notebook.
3. Describe the pipeline steps and the design process. (Why did you design it like that).

Attachment/File (1): Share a CSV file that includes the following Columns:

Attachment/File (3): Share your code and description (as per the above description) of the process as well to verify.
