Python Jules Unit testing Programming Task

I am looking for a capable Python programmer to build a unit testing suite for my Jules project. This is a long-term commitment and requires the ability to create and execute test cases of varying complexity. The programmer I am looking for should have experience with Python programing and be knowledgeable of the unit testing procedure.
