Python or Java Lambda to trigger jar file in AWS S3

I written a spring boot micro service that read a encrypted file from inbound folder and decrypts it to outbound folder. (Working fine) -- This is in my local.

I want it this jar to be automatically triggered as and when files placed in S3 inbound folder.
This can be done through Lambda trigger. (Python or Java).
