Python Integration with Google Vertex AI - Idenitify chat agent endpoint.

I need assistance identifying the correct Google Vertex AI chat agent endpoint to utilize within my Python environment on a local Windows machine.
This is a very simple requirement, i am able to build chat agent etc. only problem is how to use this chat agent in python. I am just not able to identify the endpoint.
Key aspects of the project include:
