Python Image Stitching Program for moving object on belt conveyor

I'm looking for an experienced Python developer to create a program for stitching images of a wooden board. The board is captured by four cameras on each side, with 25 images taken per side.

Key Requirements:
- The output should be a single panoramic image for each side of the board.
- The algorithm should incorporate automatic image alignment and rotation.
- The stitching process needs to be quick enough to work in near real-time (approximately 200 milliseconds per four images).
- The program should ideally utilize OpenCV or a similar open-source framework.

Additional Details:
- We need to adjust for slight rotations due to minor camera misalignments before the images are stitched.
- The preferred method for aligning and stitching the images is direct (pixel-based) methods or propose what would work.
- I could deliver more images to test or adjust the image to the requirements if there is a need and possibility to do so.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and OpenCV or similar frameworks.
- Experience in image processing and stitching.
- Ability to develop real-time processing algorithms.
