Python Image Segmentation Project

I'm looking for an experienced image processing expert to implement techniques from a research paper into Python. The primary task will be finding the contour of the cloth images then applying a reference model to find the given dimensions of the cloth.I have implemented the contour detection . If you want to start from strach and make a better contour detection model then we will reward you more. I have shared the contour.py , data and research paper.
