Python Image Recognition Tool

I need a Python application to identify a person in a reference image and locate all their occurrences in a folder of images, including group photos. The app should then copy or move the matching images to a separate output folder.

Requirements:
- Input: Single reference image of a person
- Search through a folder of images (group photos included)
- Identify and copy/move matching images to an output folder
- Keep original images intact

Accuracy: Medium (less computing resources required)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with image recognition
- Familiarity with libraries like OpenCV or TensorFlow (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to handle file operations (copy/move)
