Python Image Processing and Computer Vision with a venv on Visual Studio Code: Segmentation and image manupulation

I am looking for someone masters python and tensorflow package for computer vision and image processing. The task is to do visualization and segmentation coding on Visual Studio Code which requires a virtual environment for the libraries which are need to be used. It is an exercise to guide me through the steps with python and tricks to make it run.
