Python Hierarchical Clustering dendrograms

I need an experienced data scientist with Python knowledge to work on a mixed dataset. The dataset is medium-sized, containing between 1,000 to 100,000 entries.

Key responsibilities:
- Load & preprocess the data
- Handle missing values
- Normalize data
- Encode categorical variables
- Apply the hierarchical clustering algorithm
- Plot the dendrograms
- Interpret the results or plot

Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in data science, particularly with Python
- Strong understanding of hierarchical clustering
- Ability to handle mixed datasets
- Proficient in interpreting and visualizing data
