Python Handwritten and Typed text extraction

To develop a program that extracts handwritten and typed text from Images and other documents such as PDF's. The system will need to link with Zoho Creator through API, so experience with Zoho creator is really advantageous. Not all documents are standard so the system needs to be learning and ability to set rules for different types of documents.
