Python GitHub Code Search Tool

I'm looking for a Python expert to create a GitHub repository finder for me. This tool should be able to:

- Search for specific code snippets or libraries within GitHub repositories.
- Identify Python modules that are similar to a given reference module.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have a strong understanding of Python, experience with GitHub's API, and knowledge of how to navigate and search through GitHub's vast repository of code. If you have prior experience creating similar tools or have a deep understanding of Python modules, you would be a strong candidate for this project. Please include any relevant work in your proposal.
