Python GUI for Selenium automation - Prototype phase (MVP).

We need to develop a Python application with a graphical user interface (GUI) for managing and manipulating data files uniquely identified by their filenames. The application should allow adding, deleting, and replacing lines of data, and toggling records on or off for processing by Selenium scripts. The GUI will feature action buttons for Reboot Browsers, Reboot Terminals, and Get Power Data, each triggering corresponding Selenium scripts. Additionally, users should be able to activate these scripts for individual records by clicking specific cells. The setup should also be integrated with Windows Task Scheduler for automated execution, particularly for the Reboot Terminals action. This will enable efficient data management, task automation, and streamlined execution of specific functions through Selenium.

Note that this phase is just a minimum viable project. If the prototype is successful, additional projects will follow.
