Python GUI developer for AI Assistant

I'm looking for a Python GUI developer to create a basic graphical user interface for my Python-based AI Assistant model. This GUI needs to be compatible with Linux and support the following key functionalities:

I want a GUI for my AI model based on taking question from user and giving them answer as output it wake up when some one come infront of the screen it has webcam to recognize face and greet them with there name ex."hello unknown". then listen for the question using microphone and give out put when listening done and if leave un used for set timer it will sleep these all have different function in python . i want a screen with bg color with a standing avatar "women wearing saree" open eyes when some one come in front of webcam or when it get activated , after that avatar wave hand when model greet the user saying hello . agter that when listening phase start avart should move head up down look like she was listening and after that when giving out put /answer avavrt should sync lips look like speaking and the answer should come in a cloud like dialogue box at right side of the avatar head .after that when leave idel for time avatar should close her eyes .

Ideal skills for this job include:
