Python GUI Designer for Bigul API

I'm looking for a Python GUI designer to implement an order placement system based on the Bigul API. The GUI should be designed for Windows using Tkinter.

Key Requirements:
- Design a Tkinter-based Python GUI for Windows
- Implement an order placement system with functionalities for:
- Automated order placement
- Manual order placement
- Order triggering based on target and stop loss.
- Order placement from the api post

- MYSQL connect and Processisng
- XTS INTERACTIVE API should be known
- Experience with designing Windows-based GUIs
