Python Flight Delay Patterns Dashboard Creation - DEADLINE TOMORROW

I'm looking for a skilled data visualization expert to create an interactive dashboard using a dataset of on-time performance of domestic flights operated by large air carriers. The primary goal of this project is to identify and display delay patterns and airline and airport performance. Also use machine learning (algorithms) so that I can fill in a flight number and it will calculate the chance of it being delayed.
