Python Flask Script Deployment on Ubuntu Server

Must have experience in Python hosting. I'm seeking a Linux server hosting expert to install a small Python Flask script on an Ubuntu server. The Flask application will serve a few API endpoints via port 5000 non-public local binding. There would be some removal of Python packages needed before this installation work.
Key Tasks:
- Install venv virtual environment.
- Install Python packages via pip install as per requirements.txt.
- Remove existing Python packages before installation.
- Configure firewall rules for port 5000.
The server already has Python 3.12 installed, and an existing GitHub-to-server code pipeline will be maintained with no changes to the private repo. The code pipeline updates server every minute.
