Python Flask Postgres Record Manager

Hi, I'm looking for someone to code a front-end GUI using the Python Flask web-framework. Specialized knowledge of python, html, css, and postgresql is needed for this. I need the front-end to connect to postgresql using the psycopg2 python library so that data can be searched, edited/updated, deleted, and inserted using the front end. Ideally, I would like for the data itself to be editable using a "click to edit" feature, but simple edit and commit changes buttons will do as well. I need the front-end to also have page to page navigation, as well as a sorting functionality for the records. Since the postgresql database will have over 10,000 rows, having the page-to-page navigation and showcasing 50 entries per page would work well. A commit changes button and an undo button are also necessary. Below is a list of musts and extras. Please let me know if any clarification is needed at all, thanks!

In short, here are the features that I want for the front-end:

MUSTS: should be based in Python Flask (micro web-framework which uses HTML/CSS as well), should connect to Postgresql using psycopg2, should allow users to search, insert, delete, and edit data, should support up to 10,000 rows and 25 columns of data, should have page to page navigation, should have an undo button for reverting changes, and a commit button for submitting changes to show up in Postgresql

EXTRAS: sorting feature to sort columns by number or alphabetically, click to edit feature where user can click on a row and make changes directly (if click to edit is not do-able then a edit and commit changes button will work too), look sleek/nice
