Python/Flask/Docker/Web scraper

I am building a micro service and need a developer with knowledge:
Python (Main)
Web scraping (Python Requests/Selenium)
Flask
Docker
Basically I use Python/Flask in a Docker container to do different tasks, like a micro service.
In general smaller gigs, but looking for a long term freelancer.
Copy paste bid offers descriptions will be excluded. I would look on those who write a row or two related to this project.
