Python Firebase and DocumentReference

I'm looking for someone to write a simple function that creates a record in a collection and one of the fields is a reference type that points to a document in another collection

Also, need a field create that is of type "timestamp"

so I need simple code that creates a document with 2 fields one that is of type "reference" and the other is of type "timestamp"
