Python Firebase Developer for CRM Dashboard

I'm seeking a skilled developer to enhance our Python-based software integrated with Firebase. This software serves as a dashboard that aggregates information from our CRM, Weclapp, via API for user display.

I am the UX Designer and Product Manager and i am looking for somebody i can work with during the next years. a long term partnership. One of our employees was working on this project until now, but he quit.. so we can develop the existing further or rebuild some parts of it.

- Integrate and display Sales and Production data from Weclapp in two way
- Improve dashboard features, focusing on real-time data updates and User access controls
- continuously add new function like production lists, print sheets, etc

- You should understand and have experience with Python and Firebase
- you should have familiarity with Weclapp and its API would be of great help.
- you should have some Experience in creating and improving CRM dashboards
