Python Expert for Video Processing

I am looking for someone who can process the video (see YouTube example below) and extract specific text (I can explain once when we chat)
To be clear I need the following
1) the metrics will change based on every Swing the player takes (if you know baseball this will make sense)
2) then we need to know when the player changes (then record each swing data)
